The roses welcome us at the beginning of each row: this is how we start our day in the vineyard in May, the month in which we take care of the lushly growing vine vegetation. After thinning out the double shoots and cleaning the trunk of suckers - the non-productive buds, it is time for tying. We place the metal wires close together, joining them with hooks, to insert the shoots and make them develop vertically, in order to make their growth healthier and more efficient.
