Ribolla Gialla IGT Venezia Giulia
A rampant youngster, with marked freshness and spontaneity. A pleasant white wine on its own or in company, obtained from the native grape of the same name, which loves life in the hills. Its late ripening allows it to develop perfumes and aromas that make it elegant and balanced. Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections, it is a wine with a dry flavour and characterised by a pleasant acidity that makes it lively and fragrant.
Ideal with appetisers, fried fish, white fish and vegetarian dishes, tempura, fajitas, tacos and vegetable woks.
