Schioppettino di Prepotto Riserva DOC Friuli Colli Orientali - 1.5 lt
Time makes it precious: obtained from a careful selection of autochthonous Schioppettino grapes, this great red wine is produced in limited quantities and only in the best years. Vinified with indigenous yeasts, it is aged for 36 months in wood and 12 in the bottle.
Excellent with velvety mushroom soups, fermented cheeses, roast meat and game; chicken tikka masala, Singapore-style rice noodles and sweet and sour dishes.
